Morestarts - Engineering Course Application Form

Before you apply, please ensure you meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must have turned 19 before 31st of August 2025
  • Must NOT already hold any kind of Level 2 (or above) Engineering Qualification (this will be checked against your Gov learning record)
  • Must have lived in the UK for longer than 3 years
  • Must permanently live in Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire region
  • Must be able to independently speak, read and write in English.

Let's Begin

If YES, unfortunately you will not be fundable to do the course. If NO, we will run a check on your government learning record before you start the course to ensure you don't. This covers all types of Engineering, not just Welding and Fabrication.
